Self-hypnosis for Treatment of Fibromyalgia

I watched this interesting video about treating Fibromyalgia with self-hypnosis. There are so many approaches and opportunities out there and I thought this might intrigue some of you. I recently added meditation for Fibromyalgia relief to my "toolbox," and it seems that self-hypnosis is just another way to tap into and connect with our subconscious.
