You Are Beautiful For a Reason

March 21, 2012 By FibroHaven 8 Comments

The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, know suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. From Pain to Purpose, Passion, and Possibility

March 13, 2012 By FibroHaven 7 Comments

I have spent the last week in a flood of love! I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the many positive responses I have received about the article I wrote for Woman’s Day Magazine. Boy, was I right! Some of the miracles that have occurred since that day I am better I am a yoga instructor I have a huge network of likeminded friends to share, explore, love, learn, and … [Read more...]

Believe That It Is Possible

February 12, 2012 By FibroHaven 1 Comment

Believe in your dreams. Believe in today. Believe that you are loved. Believe that you make a difference. Believe we can build a better world. Believe when others might not. Believe there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Believe that you might be that light for someone else. Believe that the best is yet to be. Believe in each other. Believe in yourself. I believe in you. ~Kobi Yamada … [Read more...]
