Follow-up on Qigong

November 14, 2008 By FibroHaven 1 Comment

On Monday I posted about the benefits of Qigong for Fibromyalgia and had planned to take my first class Thursday evening.  Well the class was cancelled because not enough people signed up.  The instructor blamed it on the full moon! The next class scheduled is on Wednesday November 26 – the day before Thanksgiving.  Not sure if I am going to take it because I am hosting 20 people for Thanksgiving.  But I will write a follow up post once I do take my first class.
